An elegant blend of velvety espresso, vodka, and a touch of coffee liqeuer, delivering a rich, bittersweet profile with dark choocolate and roasted coffee undertones.



Base Spirit: Vodka

Flavour Profile: Velvety, Bold, Refined

Glassware: Coupe / Martini Glass (220-250ml)

Occasion: Wedding Reception, Engagement Party, Dinner Party, Date Night, Cocktail Reception

First Created For: A 40 Guest Wedding Reception in September 2021



Ingredients:

  • 35 ml Vodka

  • 15 ml Coffee Liqeuer

  • 35 ml Espresso (Chilled)

  • 10 ml Vanilla Syrup



How to make:

  1. Select and pre-chill a coupe glass

  2. Prepare the coffee beans for garnish

  3. Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice.

  4. Shake vigorously until well-chilled.

  5. Double strain into the chilled coupe.

  6. Float the 3 x coffee beans on top.

  7. Optional: Add a miniature Oreo cookie on the rim of the glass
