What’s the minimum booking time?
We offer a minimum of 2 hours of cocktail service, with 90 minutes for setup included in the price.
Do you charge for travel outside of Brighton & Hove?
We include travel for events based within a 1 hour and 15 minute drive from Brighton & Hove. No extra fees, no fuss. If your event is located outside this radius, we’d still love to be part of it! Just drop us the postcode and we’ll provide a quick quote for any additional travel or accommodation costs where necessary. We always aim to keep it fair and transparent.
How does payment work?
We ask for a 20% deposit to secure your booking. The remaining balance on the day of your event. All payment details will be clearly outlined in your Booking Confirmation. It’s all designed to be simple, transparent, and stress-free.
What do I need to provide on the day?
Just a clear space for us to set up, ideally flat, sheltered if outdoors (where possible!), and with access to appropriate parking. If your party size is 20+ access to a freezer would be highly beneficial to allow service to flow smoothly.
Can I customise the drinks menu?
Yes, we’ve put together three tiered menu packages to suit your taste. We’ll work with you to curate a drinks menu that fits your style and guests’ preferences.
How long does setup take?
We usually arrive 1.5 hours before service begins. Setup typically takes 50-60 minutes and our bar can be assembled in under 5 minutes once we’re on site.
What if I need to change the date or time of my event?
We get it! Plans can change. You can reschedule at no extra cost up to 14 days before your event. We kindly ask that any changes (e.g. numbers of guests) be confirmed no later than 72 hours before your booking
What happens if we run out of cocktails?
No panic, we always bring extra stock. We stick to the pre-agreed curated menu, and where viable, we do improvise on altering cocktail recipes during service dependent on guest preferences.
Does the package include ice?
Our package includes a professional mixologist, mobile bar, all cocktail ingredients, glassware, and everything required for drink presentation. We arrange for ice to be delivered to your event address once we’re on site to setup.

Do I need to provide a sink?
Our bar set up is fully self-sufficient. That said, a nearby sink is always a helpful so we can leave you to continue enjoying your event at the end of service.
Do you provide a drinks menu?
We’ll display a beautiful menu for your bar, listing all cocktails and mocktails along with their ingredients so your guests can sip confidently.
Do you offer cleanup after the event.
We handle all cleanup of the bar area and glassware we provide during service. For the final 45 minutes of service, we switch to cocktail and eco-friendly, disposable cups to allow us to depart in good time. We don’t charge a fee for glass breakages up to three glasses. After that, we charge a £5 fee per glass.
