1 Lime Wheel (Dehydrated / Fresh)
40 ml Dark Spiced Rum
15 ml Limoncello
15 g Strawberry Syrup/Preserve
25 ml Lime Juice
Twist of Cracked Black Pepper
75 ml Guava Juice

How to make:
Select and pre-chill a coupe glass.
Prepare a pre-cut lime peel on an skewer, and sprig of mint and set aside.
Add all 6 ingredients to a cocktail shaker.
Add cubed ice.
Shake for 10-12 seconds.
Double Strain into the pre-chilled coupe glass.
Garnish with the lime peel and sprig of mint.
