How to Make a Lychee Rose 76 Cocktail: Craft Recipe & Expert Tips
A Step-by-Step Guide to Crafting the Ultimate Serve.
A delicate, celebratory cocktail that earns its place at any special occasion; light, floral, and finished with a top of prosecco that makes every sip feel like a toast. Vodka provides a clean base that lets the fragrant lychee and rose liqueur come through without competition, while prosecco uplifts the whole serve into something effervescent and elegant. Garnished with a skewered fresh lychee and a twist of lime zest, this is a cocktail built for the kind of evening that deserves to be remembered. Beautiful to look at, and impossible to have just one of.

Story behind the Serve
The French 75, the cocktail this serve takes its cues from, is one of the great celebratory drinks, named after the French 75mm field gun used in the First World War for the way its combination of gin, lemon, and champagne reportedly hit with similar force. This version takes that sparkling, occasion-ready format and steers it somewhere altogether more delicate; swapping gin for vodka and lemon for lychee and rose, creating a serve that carries all the celebratory energy of the original with a lighter, more floral character. A cocktail that feels made for a raised glass and a moment worth marking.
