How to Make a Miami Martini Cocktail: Craft Recipe & Expert Tips: Craft Recipe & Expert Tips

A Step-by-Step Guide to Crafting the Ultimate Serve.

A Miami Martini cocktail close up served in a modern coupe glass and garnished with a wedge of watermelon

A sun-soaked, modern martini that channels the energy of its namesake city, vibrant, effortlessly stylish. Ketel One Vodka provides a clean base, while fresh watermelon brings natural sweetness and a blush colour that makes this one of the most visually striking serves on our menu. Strucchi Bianco adds a delicate herbal complexity and Strucchi Red Bitter introduces a pleasantly dry, aperitivo edge that keeps the sweetness in check. Fresh lemon juice sharpens everything up, and a touch of cane syrup and saline pulls the whole serve into perfect balance. Equal parts refreshing and sophisticated, Miami in a coupe glass.

Story behind the Serve

Miami has long been a city that does things its own way; louder, brighter, and with considerably more colour than most. This martini takes that spirit and applies it to the glass. The pairing of fresh watermelon with the dry, herbal complexity of Strucchi's Italian vermouths creates something that sits beautifully between a classic martini and a modern aperitivo serve; structured enough to feel sophisticated, and vibrant enough to feel like a celebration. The saline solution is the finishing touch that most home bartenders overlook: just two drops, but it opens up the fruit notes in a way that nothing else quite achieves.
