Have a think about how your nearest and dearest will choose to mingle in your space. A common issue we see is placing the cocktail bar service near the the entrance, or exit to the garden. This causes unnecessary congestion.
For better flow, consider:
> Setting up food and bar stations in opposing areas
> Making sure the bar maintains access to your guests in non high-traffic areas
> Placing the hire cocktail bar in opposite areas to your welcome area
3. Think Ahead to Fully Enjoy the Night
With a fully inclusive cocktail service, most of the work is done for you. However, small touches such as a cocktail menu printed on-site, clear signage, or considering where glassware should be best placed can improve your event significantly!
